Skallywags Preschool employs staff who are qualified and experienced in the care and education of children.  All permanent teaching staff are required to hold a first-aid certificate and required to attend in-service and training sessions to enhance their skills for working with young children.  Relief staff may also be employed when permanent staff are on rostered days off, sick leave or annual leave.
